Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to providing high-level support to the team.Responsibilities:Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital.Coordinate meetings, including setting up conference calls and preparing meeting materials.Assist with the preparation and submission of reports and other documentation.Handle office supplies and inventory management.Support the HR department with onboarding new employees.Assist with event coordination and office-wide activities.Prepare and process expense reports and invoices.Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and workflows.
