Description:
Provide administrative support internally to staff, departments, and management teams in Operations and Sales
Order entry related to POs, contracts, quotes, and billing into internal systems and provide updates to departments
Review and upload contracts for editing by Legal and Operations teams
Ensure smooth communication and process of paperwork, and workflow processes
Attend weekly team meetings
Will also be required to provide coverage for the Front Desk from time to time, and assist with phone support
Receive phone calls from customers regarding service/sales
Communicate with customers, supervisors, and other office personnel in an effective and timely manner and problem solving

2+ years of recent Administrative experience in a dynamic environment is preferred
Experience supporting internal teams
High School Diploma or equivalent
Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook and Teams)
Good job tenure in past positions
High attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Nice to Have:
Experience working with purchase orders or with contract review
