We are seeking an expert and influential AgentOps AI Tech Lead to serve as the senior technical authority for our new AgentOps team. This position is pivotal in guiding the architectural design and hands-on implementation of all AI-driven automation solutions.The successful candidate will be the team's lead engineer, responsible for mentoring other engineers, setting technical standards, and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure AI agents and workflows. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, a passion for mentoring, and a commitment to driving technical excellence.The listed salary for this position is $165,000 - $190,000 annually.
