The Team AI & Data is an integrated team of data and AI technologists working across Operate, AI, and Engineering. We serve as a trusted advisor and managed service provider bringing a mix of capability and capacity across data modernization, data ops, AI, and ML. Design and modernize large scale data and analytics programs that promote organizational intelligence, provide embedded capacity, and implement as-a-service based subscription models at scale

Enable day-to-day operations, maintenance and ongoing enhancements of their data platforms and applications as well as managing and governing the underlying data leveraging standardized, automated and AI enabled Data Ops capabilities

Mature their AI and Analytics journey with fluid capacity and flexible capability of AI and Analytics experts complemented with experience hardened assets and curated data sets to experiment with AI and scale their AI and Analytics ambitions

Work You'll Do

As a Senior Manager in our AI & Data Team are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies

Client Management: Manage interactions with executive clients and sponsors

People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices

Qualifications

Required:

15+ years of Microsoft technology solutions and ecosystems consulting experience, to include architecting advanced, large-scale solutions for diverse industries, leveraging hyperscalers to deliver flawless results

1+ years experience with Microsoft Fabric innovation and AI adoption engagements

5+ years experience in a shaping Executive-level conversations and providing strategic advice, including selling and solutioning of Microsoft technology deals, with a proven track record in sales origination

Bachelor's Degree

Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

Ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, ensuring successful implementation of projects

Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Demonstrated experience with management and delivery of multiple strategic projects for large global organization

Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust, and confidence with project teams

Project management experience (process-oriented)

Excellent written and oral communications skills and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - strong Teams, PowerPoint and Excel skills critical

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management

Ability to act autonomously, self-starter
