Description Position Overview:As an Associate Creative Director (ACD) Copywriter, you will be a key leader in our client's creative department, responsible for developing compelling copy that drives the success of our clients’ campaigns. You will collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and strategists to create cohesive, award-winning concepts. This role requires a visionary storyteller with a deep understanding of branding, an impressive portfolio, and a history of producing work that garners industry recognition.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative copy for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand voice.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including art directors, designers, strategists, and account managers, to develop integrated creative solutions.
Guide and mentor junior copywriters, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Present creative concepts to clients, effectively communicating the strategic and creative rationale behind your ideas.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inspire fresh, cutting-edge work.
Maintain a high standard of copy quality, from initial concept to final execution, across all touchpoints including digital, print, social media, and video.
Contribute to new business pitches and client presentations, showcasing your ability to deliver outstanding creative solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of client brands, target audiences, and market positioning.
Uphold and contribute to the agency’s reputation by delivering award-winning work that exceeds expectations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Associate Creative Director, Senior Copywriter, or similar role within a creative or advertising agency.
A portfolio showcasing award-winning work across various media, with a strong emphasis on conceptual and brand-building campaigns.
Hands-on experience leading and mentoring a creative team, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of how copy enhances visual communication.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas to both internal teams and clients.
In-depth knowledge of the advertising industry, including trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape.
Proficiency in digital and traditional media, with experience in creating content for a variety of platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
