What You Will Do:
You will lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians with a focus on development and professional growth
Manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the internal team and authorized service providers
You will champion data analysis to drive insights and decision-making within a rapidly growing business
Constantly analyze, refine, and iterate on internal processes to make them more efficient
What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree required
6 years of relevant work experience and people leadership
Vendor management experience preferred
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax or equivalent ERP/CRM/FSM
$94,100 - $154,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.About StrykerOur benefits:
