Construction Project Manager

AECOM is seeking a Construction Project Manager to be based in Denver, CO.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Provides guidance to employees within latitude of established policies.Establishes procedures that affect the immediate organization.Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of the situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.Acts as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or to resolve technical problems.Manage and review contract budgets and contractor pay applications.Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design, and/or construction management activities and personnel under the individual's direction on a day-to-day.Responsible for the administration of new project advertisement and solicitation.Prepare and manage field inspection reports.Identify, mitigate, and manage work related issues associated to field construction activities.Monitor environmental inspections and compliance associated to field construction activities.Review contractor as-built drawings, and other construction documentation to ensure information is appropriately captured.Review contractor schedules and work phasing plans.Provide management, administration, and oversight of all assigned project contracts.
