Description We are in the process of expanding our team in the Information Technology industry, specifically in Denver, Colorado. The role we are currently hiring for is a Data Auditing Assistant. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, with a focus on auditing and analyzing documents on our proprietary online database. The role is essential in ensuring proper opportunities and successful admission into schools and hospitals.Responsibilities: Review and audit documents on our proprietary online database to meet set criteria standards. Analyze information on documents with a high level of accuracy and speed. Use tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, and other data entry software to maintain and update records. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on the information gathered. Collaborate with the team, while also being able to work independently when needed. Utilize your typing skills (45 - 60 WPM) to ensure efficient data entry. Maintain a strong focus and high attention to detail throughout the day, with minimal distractions. Navigate a computer with confidence, demonstrating your proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suite. Contribute to the maintenance of document control, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded and filed. Requirements A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within the Information Technology industry. Proficiency in using MS Excel and MS Word. Ability to type at a speed of 45 - 60 WPM. Previous experience in customer service roles or possessing CSR skills. Experience in document control is essential. Data entry skills, particularly with alphanumeric data, are required. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work is necessary. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
