POSITION OVERVIEW: In this position you will:
Be responsible for:
Prioritizing and selecting equipment, tools and consumables to fill specific project/work-site orders
Maintaining, handling and moving the physical inventory within the warehouse as needed
Safely loading and unloading materials on a delivery truck
Driving to the designated project sites
Performing periodic maintenance, custodial and housekeeping tasks such as: weekly upkeep of the bathrooms, miscellaneous clean-up/vacuuming of the office space as well as maintenance of the outside yard area.
Possess a strong work ethic and follow-through on all job responsibilities.
Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Have a valid Driver's License
Be able to communicate in English
Have some high school and 3 months of related work experience or training, or some combination of education and experience.
Be able to meet the rigorous physical requirements of commercial construction to include lifting heavy objects, stand/bend/stoop and climb ladders on a continuous basis
Work hours are 6:00am – 4:00pm with additional overtime opportunities. Flexible schedule is critical to make all necessary deliveries to work sites, even at night, weekends, or on very short notice.
