Kevnue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman, NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.Travel %: 10%Pay: $137,000-$235,750 (if compliant with country laws)What you will doThe Finance Director for Tech & Data Support will act as the financial advisor to the Tech & Data department. The Finance Director will be responsible for financial analysis, budget development, and financial reporting to support the Tech & Data team's operational activities and decision-making process. The Finance Director will ensure the IT department's financial plans are aligned with the organizational goals and will lead in investment management to optimize the department's financial performance.The Finance Director will closely collaborate with the Tech & Data leadership team to develop financial strategies and ensure the alignment of Tech & Data initiatives with the company's financial goals.The Finance Director will also work closely with Controllership, Audit and the Tech & Data leadership team to guarantee compliant gaap accounting.Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership to the Tech & Data organization to optimize the function’s financial performance and strategic position.

Develop and implement financial strategies for the IT department.

Prepare and manage IT department's budget and forecasts.

Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for the IT team.

Monitor, analyze and present monthly budgeting reports.

Collaborate with the Tech & Data leadership team to optimize financial performance and strategic position.

Contribute to company financial strategy and decision-making process.

Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.

Ensure correct identification and support of one-time separation costs.

Lead the remediation plan for the control failures in software capitalization.

QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management roles.

Proficient in advanced financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting.

Experience and prior success in collaborative, cross-functional roles and ability to navigate a highly matrixed environment.

Excellent financial management skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to strategize and solve complex problems.

Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.

Desired Qualifications

MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.

Knowledge of IT operations and financial management of IT projects is preferred.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $137,000 to $235,750. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
