The freezer associate's role is crucial to maintain the freezer in optimal condition. This means the freezer is stocked, rotated and cleaned at all times. The preferred candidate for this role requires minimal direct supervision. This individual is self-motivated, and gets excited to see the tangibles of their role. They are always in the know for anything freezer.
