Description We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in the non-profit sector, based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be expected to utilize your creativity and technical skills to enhance our brand's visual communication across diverse platforms. Your responsibilities will include creating visually compelling designs, upholding our brand identity, generating fresh design concepts, collaborating with various teams, and conducting market research to stay updated with industry trends.Responsibilities: Develop visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including digital assets, social media graphics, website elements, and more. Uphold the organization's brand identity consistently across all design projects. Generate innovative design concepts that effectively communicate our core values and resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and incorporate their feedback to refine designs. Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure our visual communication remains contemporary and engaging. Ensure high-quality standards for all design outputs, maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency in design elements. Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel. Requirements Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools. Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. Demonstrated understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design. Ability to work in a team and communicate design ideas effectively. Strong eye for aesthetics and details. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of non-profit industry and its unique needs is a plus. Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with advancements in graphic design technologies. Ability to accept feedback and make necessary changes to designs. Must have a creative mind with a problem-solving attitude.
