POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a Graphic Designer (II) to support high-volume, high-impact design needs across a range of marketing efforts within the local office. This role builds upon foundational design skills and requires experience producing both print and digital marketing collateral. You will serve as a creative partner to internal clients, delivering high-quality materials that reflect both the Stream brand and client goals. This role reports to the Local Strategic Marketing Manager/Director.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and produce sophisticated marketing collateral, including offering memorandums, pitch books, tour books, presentations, signage, and digital content.Collaborate with brokers and marketing team members to understand project objectives and elevate the visual strategy of each assignment.Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and attention to deadlines.Translate complex property and market data into visually clear, engaging deliverables.Perform advanced photo retouching, floor plan edits, and occasional illustrative elements as needed.Support junior designers and share best practices within the team.Partner with local and national marketing teams to maintain consistency with Stream’s brand standards while applying creative flexibility for the market.Contribute to visual assets for events, social campaigns, and corporate branding efforts.
