Functional understanding of followings in IFS ERP Environment Procurement Process Purchase contract, Rental, Blanket PO PR, PO Authorization and Approval Process Receipt and invoicing Where house Management Receipt, Issue , Cycle Count etc. Self Life, Hazardous Martial Storage Sales Order, Sales Contract Bill of Lading, Shipping and Invoicing etc. Experience working in an Agile team environment, and with tools such as Azure Dev Ops or JIRA Knowledge of IFS or other ERP systems - hands-on experience of basic data set up, master data requirements and transactional processes in all aspects e.g.: for Procure to Pay Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language Ability to perform general mathematical calculations for the purpose of creating business cases Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Analyse business system specifications to define automated system requirements. Support fit-gap analysis, design and development of enhancements leveraging IFS capabilities. Work with IFS on support cases to troubleshoot and resolve software problems. Ongoing maintenance and enhancements of the IFS applications. Monitor, manage, and respond to incidents reported through the ticketing system on a daily basis. Follow all SOX and audit guidelines.
