HIRING: Interior Designer with 4-10 years' experience Description:Seeking an Interior Designer with 4-10 years of experience. Will be working from design through project construction completion, to evaluate and solve design problems on a variety of project types and sizes. Will will be key in our projects’ success and help manage communication of the internal team, consultant team, as well as the client. This person could be working on projects ranging from single family residential, high tech college campus buildings, government facilities, etc. Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Interior Design (or Interior Design relevant)
Proficiency in Revit
Architecture
Interior Design
Adobe Creative Suite
Commercial or Multifamily experience
FF&E
Responsibilities:Initiate and create detailed design concepts with the ability to develop functional requirements and project design criteria
Leadership in interior design project teams
Inspire team members to produce effective and unique design solutions for large and small project types
Mentor staff members
Effective coordination with clients, partners, and consultants through the entire project.
Establish and manage project budget and deadlines
Strong graphic skills for digital presentations and design storytelling
