Description Law Office AdministratorOur client, a dynamic and fast growing family law firm located in downtown Denver is seeking a COO/Legal Administrator to lead, manage, supervise, coach, and train the non-attorney staff, ensuring they are trained and perform to expectations. The Administrator has authority to hire, supervise, and terminate non-attorney employees. The Administrator has authority to carry out the Owner’s decisions regarding employees (including attorneys), human resources, marketing, benefits administration, vendors, and technology. The Administrator monitors all billable hour performance by billable staff, provides feedback and recommendations to them regarding ways they can improve performance. The Firm Administrator manages the operations and business functions of the Firm. The Administrator must also work closely with the Managing Attorney, Owner, and fractional/vendor advisors. Responsibilities would include leadership and strategic planning. The Firm Administrator work closely with the Owner to create the Business Plan, Budget, and Strategic Calendar. The Firm Administrator will create personnel and HR policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices as well as state and federal rules and regulations. Implement and enforce the Firm’s personnel rules and employment policies. The Firm Administrator will be in charge of recruitment, hiring, initial orientation, and on-boarding. Oversee the administrative aspects of attorney hiring and work with the executive-level attorneys to ensure effective and efficient operations management. The firm provides a hybrid work environment, excellent pay, bonus, and benefits, If you are qualified for this position, please reach out to Director, mala.saraogi@roberthalf[dot][com] for immediate consideration!Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Legal Administrator role or similar Proficiency in Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and CompuLaw software Experience with billing functions and collection processes Knowledge of Corporate HR practices and principles Ability to manage budgets and oversee business operations Proven staff management skills, including conducting staff meetings Experience managing vendor relationships Demonstrated skills in administrative and accounting management Proficiency in calendar, document, and expense management Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration Proven track record in performance management Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
