If you have engineering experience in a metals mill or in a mining operation, you could fit these positions.Busy metals mill in the Western Tennessee area needs a Mechanical Engineer/Maintenance Engineer to identify improvements in a metals scrap operation. This is a large scale metals shredding, scrap processing operation. The equipment used is similar to that used in mining.To qualify, you should have experience with large capital equipment. I am advertising in your area to locate people interested in moving East. Relocation assistance is available.Design or develop new or alterations to existing structures, systems, and equipment.Provide timely and accurate cost estimates on proposed improvements.Support and participate in CAPEX projects.      Participate and contribute to the achievement of department goals including goal setting
