In this role, the Manager will be responsible for the process and regular cadence of how we intake, approve, launch and evaluate marketing campaigns around the world.This process is changing for us as an organization, and this Manager should have strong project management and process management skills to both improve how we execute this campaign management function and the day-to-day operations of leading our marketers through this end-to-end flow.In addition, this person should have the ability to identify and guide efficiencies in creative development, partnering with our in-house graphic design firm and regional marketing teams. This person will also be responsible for making connections between campaigns across the regional marketing teams to ensure we are utilizing best practices and learnings and efficiently executing creative across markets.Role Responsibilities

Day to day campaign project management through intake, approvals, execution, and evaluation

Process improvement across the campaign management cycle, including tool optimization and training users

Strategic alignment of campaign strategy across regional marketing teams

Creative quality and localization assurance

Role Requirements

5 years of industry experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or communications

PMP or project management preferred

Microsoft Office suite with exceptional PowerPoint skills

This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus and Long-term Incentives.
