We’re looking for a collaborative team player, a creative thinker who enjoys a challenge and is reliable and adaptable to the fast-paced environment of the meetings and event industry. This position is accountable for overall program management and AMI departments responsibilities listed belowResponsibilities:
Responsible for building and managing Cvent registration websites, mobile apps and surveys
Manage limited-service programs, full-service programs and act as a secondary planner in conjunction with other planners
Assist AMI team as needed with rooming lists, transportation manifests, attendee registration, review registration websites, hotel BEOs and other planning responsibilities
Create and/or assist in client proposals as needed
Travel on site for domestic and international programs
Manage program vendors, budgets, program accounting and reconciliations
Participate in trainings to gain a high level of industry knowledge
Attend industry events when applicable
Maintain a positive attitude with clients, attendees and coworkers
Ability to work on multiple programs simultaneously
Generate program reports in Cvent and internal platforms
Work with Group Air Travel team for client and attendee communication regarding flights
Be available and responsive to our clients at all times during normal operating hours, and sometimes off hours
Ability to stay organized and prioritize successfully
Maintain a strong focus on customer service and a solution driven mentality
Requirements
10+ years meetings industry experience
Knowledge of hotel and vendor contracts
CMP Certified Preferred
Registration experience to include managing websites and mobile apps
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail and grammar
Must be customer service oriented with a positive attitude
Comfortable communicating with clients and being on camera for meetings as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Cvent Registration Software
Ability to stay organized and prioritize is essential
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Self-motivated with a desire to positively influence others
Adaptable to change and comfortable with new technologies
Located within the state of Colorado and within commuting distance to Denver, CO.

Salary Range: $85,000, based on experienceThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by several factors that may include but are not limited to interdepartmental equity, candidate experience, skills, education and training, location, licenses, and certifications or needs of the organization. Full time roles will also qualify for our total benefits package offered by Christopherson Business Travel.While this is a remote position, we are only considering applicants located in Colorado at this time.
