Description Location: UCHealth UCHlth Catalyst Bldg Denver, US:CO:DenverDepartment: Experience And InnovationFTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)Shift: Days Pay: $39.32 - $62.90 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experienceSummary:Leads department activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the department and organization. Establishes and maintains strong partnerships with department leadership and key stakeholders, such as clinical and operational team leaders.Responsibilities:

Executes the experience strategic plan and programs driven by the mission and behavior standards.

Partners and collaborates with clinical and operational team leaders to ensure successful implementation of patient experience programs and processes.

Partners and collaborates with organizational development leaders to ensure consistency in message with mission and behavior standards.

Leads the patient experience design team to be visible, empathetic, and effective coaching partners to clinical and operational staff while managing staff relations including performance management.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in related field.

Required Licensure/Certification: None required.

Minimum Experience: 3 years of relevant experience.
