The study is for adults with moderate or severe methamphetamine use disorder who are interested in stopping or cutting down their use of methamphetamines.
Study participation lasts about 13 weeks and includes a screening visit, inpatient stay at University Hospital, non-invasive transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) treatment sessions, weekly follow-up study visits, two MRI scans, completion of study surveys and interviews, and online cognitive behavioral (CBT) sessions.
1) Adults age 21-65
2) Current diagnosis of moderate or severe methamphetamine use disorder (MUD)
3) Use of methamphetamine at least 10 days in the past month
4) Interested in stopping or cutting down methamphetamine use
5) Able to complete an inpatient stay at University Hospital for TMS treatment sessions
Other study inclusion/exclusion criteria will be evaluated by the study team.
