Are you a compassionate and experienced individual who loves children and enjoys maintaining an organized, warm home? We are a busy family looking for a nurturing and reliable House Manager to support our household and help with our children. This role is perfect for someone who has raised children, possesses a wealth of knowledge about child development, and enjoys managing the day-to-day tasks of family life. Would be centered around our home in the LoHi neighborhood of Denver.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Age: 45-60 years old
- Experience: Extensive experience with children and babies; ideally, you’ve raised children of your own
- Skills: Well-educated, nurturing, and reliable, with a natural ability to create a structured, caring environment
- Household Support: Must be willing and able to cook, clean, organize, and grocery shop as part of household management
- Flexible Position: Part-time, flexible hours to fit your schedule and the needs of the family (approximately 15 hours per week to start, with the potential for more hours and a long-term commitment)
- Language: Must speak sufficient English to communicate effectively with parents and children
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with family routines, childcare, and light household management
- Cooking and preparing meals, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the home
- Grocery shopping and keeping household essentials stocked
- Providing a loving, structured environment for our children
This is a wonderful opportunity for a seasoned caregiver who wants to be part of a supportive, friendly family environment. Pay is negotiable based on hours, experience, and fit but would be $25 /hour at minimum. We are looking forward to welcoming someone who can make a meaningful impact on our home and family!
