In this role you will lead ideation, planning, solutioning end-to-end development and execution of best in class digital and omnichannel marketing products at Western Union. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across digital strategy, regions, engineering, legal, risk and compliance and operations to develop and execute product management strategies to drive meaningful outcomes.Role Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives to drive product awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth
Lead the implementation, testing, and maintenance of web tags, ensuring optimal performance and relevance to marketing objectives
Support performance measurement enhancements focusing on ROAS/CLV/Creative Taxonomy
Monitor and analyze ad spend details, offering insights and suggestions on optimal allocation for maximum impact and efficiency
Drive strategic initiatives, aligning product development with broader marketing goals and contributing to the overall growth strategy.
Utilize data analysis for actionable insights, guiding decision-making processes and optimizing product performance
Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in Martech/AdTech, to identify new opportunities and ensure we work with best in class vendors
Proactively address consent readiness in line with digital marketing regulations.
Manage new initiatives, including SDK implementations and updates, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Role Requirements
5+ years experience in product management within a marketing context
Strong knowledge of MMPs like Kochava and AppsFlyer etc.
Proven track record of successful project execution, showcasing proficiency in Martech/AdTech, Programmatic Media, Digital and omni-channel marketing
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and lead them through the project development lifecycle
Proficient in data analysis to derive actionable insights and translate into go-to market strategies
Knowledge of technical product management skills which requires working with technology stakeholders in influencing technical decisions in a high velocity decision making environment.
