Position: Program Manager- CLS Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. On-call 24-hours on rotating basis. Starting Salary Range: $55,000-$68,750 annually The stated starting salary pay range for this position is meant to reflect a range of where a typical entry level candidate would start and is not meant to be all inclusive. Additional education and experience may result in a starting pay outside of the stated range.If you genuinely care about providing youth and/or adults with a sense of direction and hope, then you’ll get huge satisfaction from this role. Laradon staff work extremely hard and are challenged every day, but they play a key role in supporting the well-being of the individuals that we serve. As a Program Manager you will be a valuable asset to Laradon’s mission by a ssisting the Assistant Director of CLS in executing operations of the department, consistent with Laradon policies and procedures, with requirements of regulatory agencies and with long- and short-range goals and objectives. Executes all duties within this role with the highest level of accountability and integrity. No day is ever alike but you can generally look forward to the following responsibilities:
Establish a leadership role and assist with providing direction on day-to-day operations.
Develop, mentor and train Residential Services Coordinators
Assist the assistant director with quality assurance procedures and policy development.
Establish and maintain written and verbal communication with governing agencies, families, guardians and other professionals.
Assist in leading supervisory trainings.
Attend and participate in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and Service Plan (SP) meetings when needed to support CLS Program Managers.
Coordinate quarterly Contractor meetings/training consistent with Laradon policy and procedures and requirements of regulatory agencies.
Provide information and education to outside agencies and individuals when needed regarding services provided by the CLS Department and Laradon.
Provide crisis intervention and counseling to individuals served, HHPs and staff and participate in on-call system with the Residential Services Coordinator
Act as the designee to the assistant director.
Other duties as assigned.

All trainings deemed mandatory by Laradon.
A minimum of 24 hours of approvved training annually.
Orientation,
First Aid/CPR.
Medication Certification.
Crisis Intervention training
20 hours of on-the-job training.
We ask that you bring the following assets to our workplace:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology or related field, preferred.
Five years’ experience working with intellectual/developmentally disabled adults could be substituted for degree requirements.
Knowledge of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities field and person centered services.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, organized, uses time efficiently and effectively, flexible and exceptional problem solving skills
Valid driving license, good driving record and reliable transportation.
Physical requirements include the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force; physical condition to enable walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling; stamina to be on feet and active for full work days; ability to complete training and perform physical management of students as necessary, including physical restraints; ability to speak or exchange information in an audible manner.
