REMOTE Structural Engineering Project Manager

Description:

We are currently seeking a Structural Engineering Project Manager with 10-20 years to manage and execute on a variety of structural engineering projects like commercial, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, etc.

This role will start off as hybrid and then eventually become fully remote - their engineering and design group is splitting off from this company and becoming a company of their own

This role requires up to 10% travel

Candidates MUST be PE or SE

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required

Based in Denver, CO

Responsibilities:

Structural engineering design of architectural structures, including but not limited to office buildings, schools, hospitality and resorts, religious, multi family, and more

Prepare and review engineering plans, construction drawings, cost estimates and specifications

Training/mentoring of junior staff

Prepare all required professional documents and reports needed to carry out and complete a project

Provide CAD support for all projects as necessary using AutoCAD and Revit

Direct interaction with the client, owner, other engineering consultants, and contractors as needed

Construction administration responsibilities such as shop drawing review, responding to contractor questions, and site inspections

Qualifications:

BS in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering (MS a plus)

10+ years of professional structural engineering experience in the design of architectural structures

Professional registration as PE or SE

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to perform complex tasks and handle multiple priorities under fast-paced conditions

Must have client facing experience
