Alan Ritchey, Inc. is currently seeking dedicated Forklift Operators to join
our team at the Christmas Annex during our peak season, running from First
week of November through mid-January. Our facility operates 24/7, and
successful candidates will be required to work a 40-hour week, including
weeken

Rate of Pay:
Base Hourly Rate: $25.46
Health and Welfare Premium (HWP): $4.54 (paid on 40 hours per week)
Total Hourly Rate: $30.00
Overtime Pay:
Time and a half is calculated based on the base rate of $25.46 per hour.
Job Description: Forklift Operator
As a Forklift Operator at Alan Ritchey, Inc., your responsibilities will
include:
Working Inbound/Outbound Lanes: Efficiently handle mail and products
within the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Sorting Mail: Organize and categorize mail to facilitate smooth operations.
Staging Products: Prepare and arrange products in the warehouse for optimal
storage and easy access.
Loading/Unloading Trucks: Manually load and unload trucks as needed,
ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods.
Assisting in Other Areas: Provide support in various warehouse tasks and
functions as required to ensure overall efficiency.
RequirementsRequirements:
Adherence to Schedule: Must be able to work the assigned schedule
consistently.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling
heavy rolling containers.
Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced
work setting.
Attention to Detail: Skilled in reading small print accurately and
maintaining high attention to detail.
Availability: Willing to work both weekdays and weekends.
