Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Data & AnalyticsVF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Data & Analytics to join our Supply Chain Center of Excellence (SC COE) AMER Team. The position will be based in our VANS office in Costa Mesa, California or our VF Headquarters in Denver, Colorado.Let’s Talk about the RoleThe Supply Chain Center of Excellence (SC COE) Data & Analytics Team helps the Supply Chain Community in creating and extracting meaning from large volumes of data to make the right business decisions. The team acts as a key contributor in support of both AMER SC Brand Teams and AMER SC Central Functions to make smarter business decisions through newly created Reporting/Analytics Solutions.We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Data & Analytics to join the team and support in reporting preparation, validation and distribution, as well as to enhance / create new reporting solutions through a structured project approach from requirement gathering to final release to stakeholders.How You Will Make a DifferenceDay-by-Day Reporting

Support the preparation of the regular KPI reporting to be distributed to Supply Chain Management and to the Brands (i.e. SC KPIs Summary, On Time Service, Inventory, etc)

Support with ad-hoc analysis when required

Analytics Tool and Solutions

Collaborate with Supply Chain Management and other cross-functional business stakeholders to identify analytics requirements and make recommendations for the strategic vision for Supply Chain Analytics

Design, develop and deploy reports, analysis, tools and dashboards (in particular using Power BI) to monitor the performance and efficiency of Supply Chain Functions

Collaborate with Digital & Technology Data Analytics and Business Intelligence functions to implement new Analytics models/solutions

Train internal customers on the use of tools and reports created and implemented

Be part of corporate projects and initiatives, mainly focusing on Data and/or Analytics area

Collaborate with Supply Chain business partners to understand business needs for tool creation. Work with the stakeholders to hold discovery sessions, create and implement automation and/or analytics tools, and train teams to maintain and use the solution

Data & Technical Enablement

Raise detailed requests on new data ingestion & enhancement

Represent Supply Chain team in providing feedback to Digital & Technology teams for building integrated analytics solutions

Ensure accuracy and transparency of all data shared across central functions and brands

Skills for Success

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or other related field

Supply Chain Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast paced & highly responsive Supply Chain environment

Data & Analytics Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience gathering, manipulating, and analyzing complex data sets

Dashboarding Tools: Strong working knowledge of MS Power BI. Tableau experience a plus.

Communication skills: Ability to present at both the detailed working level, as well as high level summary to executive leadership

Passion for insight-driven thinking: Can extract patterns from volumes of data to drive insights & operational efficiencies with minimal framework

Problem-solving skills: Ability to provide structure in ambiguous situations

Strong attention to detail: Commitment to drive data accuracy

Strong Team Player. Must be a self-started and comfortable with ambiguity

Time Management: Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, manage tight deadlines, and flexible to change priorities when required
