Description Robert Half is partnering with a growing company in the Denver area who is looking to hire a Senior Analyst of Financial Reporting to join their team. This role is centered around the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports, as well as managing financial processes and transactions. The role will work report to the Director of Financial Reporting and have exposure to a lot of other departments within the company. Responsibilities: Oversee the creation and validation of quarterly and annual financial statements, notes, and MD& A Organize month-end close entries and reconciliations for select processes such as intangibles, debt and OCI, equity-based compensation, consolidation and elimination entries, and intercompany debt Develop monthly consolidated and segment-level cash flow statements Aid in the external audit process, including preparing audit support and coordinating auditor requests Involve in complex accounting projects, including valuation and accounting for business combinations, debt and equity instruments, pensions, consolidations, and other non-routine accounting transactions Assist in formulating, documenting, and educating others on the company’s accounting policies for critical areas, such as revenue recognition, lease accounting, and capitalization Participate in and contribute to various projects as necessaryRequirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3+ years of auditing experience within a public company Experience in SEC Financial Reporting Knowledge of US GAAP regulations Ability to Prepare Financial Statements Experience in Monthly ConsolidationRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
