RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior Cloud Engineer in Denver, Colorado (CO).

Responsibilities include:
Provide 1st/2nd line Operations Support for Cloud applications including membership of the on-call support Rota
Provide Infrastructure domain expertise in support of cloud platforms running in Microsoft Azure
Senior Cloud Engineer will be proactively responsible for ensuring the health of the cloud platform through regular maintenance activities, audit reviews, and through the development of continuous improvement goals
Senior Cloud Engineer will drive the technical design and implementation for hybrid cloud capabilities, including establishing design and engineering patterns
Develop and mature Cloud Ops capabilities within the team and identify simplification opportunities for operational processes
Engage in, or help develop, governance processes that ensure systems compliance to cloud computing policy
Provide technical leadership and consultancy at initiation and design phases within projects and other changes which impact the hybrid cloud platform
Senior Cloud Engineer will identify and promote innovative technologies that provide value as business enablers or build improvements in business process, cost, performance, and sustainability
REQUIREMENTS:
Recent experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS and IaaS offerings in both an infrastructure and application context
Solid experience as either a Cloud Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer in a global enterprise
Strong development experience of IaC using Terraform
Significant experience with Microsoft identity systems including Active Directory, Azure AD, and associated technologies
Significant breadth of experience across business, application, and data Architecture Domains
Experience of working within an Agile framework
Provide integration skills and experience to ensure the interoperability of new and existing systems
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
