Leader with 20+ years of experience in managing large development and Digital transformation programs and global teams
Experience in leading large Payment initiatives, development of payment platforms across multiple countries
Exposure to multiple Global Market Infrastructures - ACH, RTP, SEPA (Direct Debits, Credit Transfers, Mandate Management), and Message formats - ISO20022 & SWIFT
Experience in Agile delivery models, program management across distributed teams
Expertise in leading Product / Program management office for execution of large IT development and implementation programs
Excellent in managing client and business stakeholder relationships, senior executive reporting
Very Strong verbal and written communication skills
