RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Front End Developer in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities:
Leading and participating in medium- to large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects by reviewing project requirements, translating requirements into technical solutions, gathering requested information (for example, design documents, product requirements, wire frames)
Writing and developing code; conducting unit testing, communicating status and issues to team members and stakeholders, collaborating with QA and product team
Troubleshooting open issues and bug-fixes, enhancing design to prevent re-occurrences of defects, ensuring on-time delivery and hand-offs
Own success - Take responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions
Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies
REQUIREMENTS:
Expert knowledge of JavaScript and experience with modern JavaScript libraries and tooling - vue.js, react.js, angular
Experience working with consumable RESTful API's
Experience writing unit/integration tests
Has worked with Single Page Applications
Well-versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies, in particular PHP
Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations
Strong understanding of Responsive Web Design
Expert knowledge of CSS, Sass and HTML
Excellent communication skills
Self-directed team player who thrives in a changing environment
