The Senior Manager - Marketing Operations is an integral team member working closely with our marketing team to ensure a high-performing marketing operations function. This role will oversee our Marketing Tech Stack, ensure technical execution of marketing programs, and improve lead generation processes with our Marketing Automation Platform and CRM. This position requires in-depth knowledge of B2B lead management operations and a strong analytical background. In addition, this role is vital in sustaining and evolving our marketing operations team under the leadership of our VP Marketing.  Job ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of HubSpot including systems administration, creation of marketing assets including but not limited to emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows, and act as the technical point of contact. Drive marketing performance reporting and conduct in-depth ROI analyses that are used by Marketing Leadership; providing high-level insights into data trends throughout time and recommends actionable measures. Enhance our marketing reporting suite and related tools and processes to help increase KPI visibility and measurement.  Manage marketing operations initiatives and drive process enhancements all focused on improving lead follow-up and marketing attribution. Oversee the continuous hygeine of marketing lead data using Salesforce and HubSpot, and identify operational improvements by running various data analysis projects on our marketing lead funnel (leads, MQLs, SALs, SQLs, Wins) . Proactively recommend optimizations to our marketing lead flow and operations with the ability to execute them, and relay outcomes to the greater marketing team.  Manage direct report(s), driving individual performance, career growth, and providing ongoing mentorship and development support. Lead the HubSpot website chat operations working closely with Sales Development Team on ensuring quick response times and proper handling of all chat visitors and conversations. Flawlessly execute technical work in our marketing operations stack with tools including but not limited to: HubSpot, Salesforce, Sendoso, Dreamdata, Monday.com, and more.
