If you want to make an impact in fintech, we’d like to know: Are you FIS? About the role:               The Senior Manager, Supplier Value Management & Outsourcing Program (US) is responsible for developing and managing FIS’s supplier value management & outsourcing programs in North America, to ensuring that supplier relationships are effectively managed and optimized.This role is accountable for identifying supplier value management and outsourcing activities and establishing processes to monitor and measure against program requirements. Relationship management is important, and this individual is expected to work collaboratively with stakeholders across SCM and other process and risk partner groups within FIS.The Supply Chain Governance and Supplier Value Management team is responsible for overall governance, risk management and oversight of supply chain processes and the supplier management program.What you will be doing:The primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Participate in development and implementation of Supplier Value Management and Outsourcing frameworksPartner with Compliance, Legal and risk groups to identify program requirementsDrive supplier optimizationDevelop & implement stakeholder and supplier forums to support Supplier Management activitiesIdentify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with SCM teams to implement where feasibleProvide regular management reportingIdentify & maintain portfolio of suppliers (based on segmentation) & SCM ownersDrive education & awareness activities to ensure understanding of program requirementsPartner with COE to drive & monitor program activitiesInterface and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders locally, including business leaders, Finance leads and LegalProactively identify supplier risk criteria; partner with internal risk teams to ensure risks are reported and mitigatedBuild and maintain awareness of external marketplace and industry trends related to suppliers and supplier management practicesWhat you will need:Experience in third party management, supplier performance and relationship management, and outsourcingKnowledge of relevant third party management and outsourcing regulationsDemonstrated understanding of business, financial, and economic ramifications of various supplier management actions and alternatives in order to recommend appropriate actionsTrack record of implementing supplier management and/or outsourcing programsStrategic thinking, with the ability to identify and assess key drivers of success, implications of alternatives and recommendations for executionGood relationship skills with ability to collaborate and influence across levels with internal and external partnersGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong Project Management skills with proven experience in successfully managing and executing multiple initiativesWhat we offer you:A career at FIS is more than just a job. The pay range for this full-time position is $117,620.00 - $197,580.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
