Capgemini is seeking an experienced Java Lead with strong technical background in developing and programming using Java (Java 11 ). The role requires expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Data, Microservices Architecture and a deep understanding of Couchbase.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and program applications using Java (Java 11 ), Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Microservices Architecture
Integrate and manage Couchbase with Spring Boot, ensuring efficient transaction management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
Participate in code reviews and assist team members with development challenges.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as Git/GitHub, Jira/VersionOne/Agility, Concourse, Gradle, and Ansible.
Handle client calls and collaborate with client technical leads effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Java development (Java 11 ), Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Microservices Architecture.
Strong knowledge of Couchbase and its integration with Spring Boot.
Proficiency in virtual machine/cloud-native technologies and Linux commands.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in writing unit tests with JUnit and Mockito.
Working knowledge of quality and security scan technologies such as Sonar.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
