Recognized as a top workplace, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer with 15-20 years of experience to join our team. This role is crucial as you will be stamping drawings and ensuring the quality and compliance of our electrical designs.Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Oversee and manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget, and timeline.

Design and Analysis: Develop and review detailed electrical designs, including lighting and power, using software like AutoCAD and Revit.

Coordination: Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, architects, and construction teams to ensure integrated and efficient designs.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, such as ASHRAE standards and local building codes.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.

Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, present design solutions, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Extensive experience in electrical engineering, particularly in commercial design, with a proven track record of leading projects.

Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit (Revit is a plus but not required), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license is a must. Other relevant certifications are a plus but not required.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $120K to $148K.

Flexibility: Option to work remotely but must reside in Colorado for site visits.
