Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Senior Marketing Manager, based in Denver, Colorado. This position is integral to our team, focused on leading the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels. The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand presence, boosting customer engagement, and propelling revenue growth through effective SEO, email marketing, social media, paid media, and SaaS marketing initiatives.Responsibilities: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic. Oversee the design and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers. Create and implement a robust social media strategy to bolster brand presence and engage with the target audience. Manage the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Understand and promote the unique value propositions of our SaaS offerings and develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and upselling. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the marketing team remains competitive. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product positioning and messaging. Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all marketing channels, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Requirements Proven experience in a senior marketing management role Expertise in CRM systems and their effective application to marketing strategies Proficiency in using Facebook Insights for data-driven decision making Demonstrable experience with Google Ad campaigns, including creation, monitoring, and optimization Ability to create effective advertisement strategies across various platforms Strong analytics skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to marketing initiatives Solid understanding of brand awareness strategies and their implementation Experience in campaign planning and execution across multiple channels Proficiency in implementing and managing email campaigns Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance Understanding of SASS preprocessor scripting language and its application in marketing Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
