Job Description

Specific responsibilities for the Sr. Organizational Change Management Consultant position include: 

  • Quickly become familiar with client business challenges and technologies to understand the environment for change and act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders while leading change.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

  • Buildand managenetworks of change champions and agents.

  • Develop comprehensive change managementstrategiesto support complex change initiativesto include communication, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, learning and development, measurement

  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.

  • Monitor and evaluate change tactic effectiveness.

  • Initially requires frequent travel

  • Ability to produce organizational change management deliverables from assessments through adoption

  • Experience leading organizational change management teams, delegating work, ensuring quality standards, managing workload across team members

  • Responsible for coaching client sponsor to effectively manage their stakeholders

  • Experience with designing and implementing new organizational structuresthat support changes to the client’s business model

Qualifications

Specific qualifications for the Sr. Organizational Change Management Consultant position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • Demonstrated progression and growth within the OCM discipline through past career experiences.

  • 10+years experiencedelivering change management solutions within large organizations

  • Proven ability to produce and ownhigh qualitydeliverables that meet client needs, including strategic communications and training materials.

  • Knowledge and application of change management methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication that is effective to all levels in an organization.

Certifications Preferred:

PROSCI

CCMP
