responsible for audit process re-design and implementation, synthesizing
audit findings to support trend analysis and action planning and providing
flex coverage for the auditing team.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Provides supervision, coaching, and performance management to teammatesDevelops and maintains team scheduleAddresses teammate relations issues in a timely manner, escalating to
Manager as appropriateEnsures teammates maintain confidentiality of all patient, teammates, and
company information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and DaVita policiesProvides consistent, visible, and timely communication to the team on
matters including but not limited to team goals and objectives, progress
toward those goals, and information pertinent to the team's responsibilitiesManages new teammate training and ongoing support for existing department
teammates to ensure the appropriate tools, supplies, job aids, and
system access is available; leads team meetingsEnsures teammates review daily, weekly, and monthly key metrics to
identify trends or areas of focusSynthesizes findings across the audit team and generates insights for
improvement planningProvides coverage for the auditors by preparing and performing internal
quality audits, as neededLeads survey readiness efforts, including preparation and execution of
delegation and other accreditation surveysOther duties, as assignedMinimum Qualifications:ADN degree from accredited school of nursing; BSN preferredAt least 5 years of clinical experience; dialysis experience preferredDemonstrated expertise in disease managementIntermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook,
