Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a T-Shirt Shop Assistant, available to start immediately. No prior experience—all training will be provided.
Our shop operates much like a well-run kitchen, making it a natural fit for those with food service experience. Just like in a restaurant, we work with "tickets"—each order is like a recipe, guiding us step-by-step to create high-quality products for our customers. Attention to detail is key, much like ensuring a steak is cooked to perfection or a plate is beautifully presented. Teamwork, organization, and a fast-paced yet focused environment drive our success, but without the late nights, high stress, or loud kitchen atmosphere. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production and shipping of custom-printed apparel, ensuring each item meets our quality standards.
- Operate printing equipment and prepare orders for shipping with precision.
- Support inventory management by helping keep supplies organized and fully stocked.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace, contributing to an efficient and safe work environment.
- Uphold our core values by working collaboratively with the team, embracing feedback, and owning your work.
- Follow all operational procedures
- Support the team with miscellaneous tasks as needed to adapt to daily workflow.
