Regularly inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards. 25%
Guest Relations Develop and maintain positive relationships with regular guests, recognizing and acknowledging their loyalty through personalized gestures.
Engage with guests during their stay, seeking feedback, and proactively addressing any concerns to enhance overall satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services, amenities, and packages to enrich the guest experience and increase revenue. 25%
Training Actively participate in training programs, including the utilization of the Cornerstone platform, to enhance your knowledge and skills in the role of a Hospitality Associate 5%
Performance Metrics Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as guest satisfaction scores, online reviews, and feedback surveys.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and areas of improvement, devising strategies to enhance guest experiences and exceed departmental targets.
Implement guest loyalty programs and incentives to foster repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals. 5%
Position Requirements/Experience/ Education:
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
Ability to understand client inquiries and provide effective responses
Experience in using Microsoft Office products and applications
Understands the importance of delivering added value to clients
Team player who can keep a positive attitude, motivate peers, and build relationships
Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of any client information
Displays a pleasant and cheerful disposition at all times
