Pinwheel Coffee is looking for amazing people to join our team for Part Time Positions!Pinwheel Coffee is more than your typical coffee shop; it is a craft coffee shop and innovative education experience for Middle School students to apply knowledge in a practical setting. Our coffee shop, located in North Denver, is also home to Embark Education, an embedded micro-school that allows students take on the responsibility of understanding policies and procedures of operating a business, enhance management skills, and build leadership techniques by making decisions in a collaborative manner.Outwardly, our shop and the customer experience is on par with the best coffee shops in Denver and many customers may only know us as simply the best coffee experience in town. When you come in, you are as likely to see a middle schooler shadowing an adult barista or a small group math lesson taking place at a table in the shop as you are to see some of our neighbors working remotely with a cup of house-made chai in hand. The marriage of a high quality craft coffee shop experience with this educational experience is a truly unique work environment and requires a special human to be both an expert in the coffee trade as well as a role model. While all of these things are aspects of the shop, our barista team’s primary role is providing outstanding customer service and serving some of the best coffee in Denver!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing excellent customer service and maintaining our high level of standards.
