Bread Bar is a special place. It’s a destination for Coloradans and tourists—it’s even a place where lovers say ‘I do.’ A beautiful guest experience—and hospitality for all—is foundational to our bar service at Bread. We believe in delicious beverages made with thoughtfully-sourced ingredients and spirits, crafted and served by the finest bartenders we know. As we just finished renovations, we seek several new hires to join the 2024 Bread team. Our bar is only open on the weekends with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday service (and some private events) and our team is very small (but mighty!).
Bartender
Bartenders are part-time and can do anything from 1-2 shifts per month or up to 2-3 shifts per weekend. We like to have a solid roster to pull from so that everyone gets a chance to bartend and keep it fresh. Many of our folks bartend elsewhere and love doing a few shifts up in the mountains to get out of the city, where others have non-bartending day jobs and just want to have a side gig.
-$15/hour plus tips
-We generally have 3 shifts each weekend (Friday 4-10, Saturday 2-10, and Sunday 12-6)
-Must be flexible and able to work in a stressful environment while still being able to have fun and take it easy
-Must have reliable transportation to get to/from Silver Plume, Colorado on weekends
-Previous bartending experience much preferred, but we can train the right person
Bar Manager
Want to do more than just bartending and work as our part-time Bar Manager? Awesome, we're open to that too! The position is in charge of hiring, training, scheduling, and doing inventory for the bar.
Events Manager
We're also looking for a part-time Events Manager to help with weddings, music booking, etc.
