Briar Common is seeking a full time line cook. Must be able to work weekends.

- Prior experience as a line cook in a face paced environment is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to quality.
- Must be able to adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures.
-Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to achieve the perfect food every time.
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
-Strong teamwork and communication skills.
-Multi station experience is a huge plus.
-Must have weekend availability.
