Hiring experienced SERVER/HOST/FOOD RUNNER for our Pub & Brewery located in Glendale, Colorado!
We are looking for servers/hosts/expeditors whose mission is to create legendary guest experiences, has a sense of pride in the Bull & Bush legacy and excited to be a part of our family. Our servers perform all inclusive duties of enlightened hospitality including serving, greeting and food running. An ideal candidate possesses an attention to detail and a genuine care and love of people. Beer enthusiasts eager to expand their beer/whiskey knowledge are encouraged to apply! A great attitude and inherent ability to initiate conversation is a must and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiencies:
● Highly organized, can multi-task and works with a sense of urgency.
● Goes beyond to put the needs of our guests above all and exceeds guest expectations.
● Team player, supportive of coworkers and willing to learn from others.
● Cleaning and turning tables in a timely manner
● Waitlist management
● Confident and eager to share beer education with guests.
● Able to answer guest questions and offer recommendations
● Take guests orders and input into Point of Sale system and collect payment from guests
● Ability to carry and deliver multiple beverages and heavy plates to tables
● Experience in the restaurant, bar, and hospitality industry preferable
● TIPS certification offered at training
● Must be 21+ years of age
