Positions Available:
Cannabis Server: Provide exceptional guest service by delivering cannabis products and guiding their sesh experience as the Flight Attendant. You will assess customer tolerances and tailor cannabis products and consumption methods to each customer. Weighing cannabis, loading bowls, infusing drinks, and teaching customers how to use seshware/how to smoke. Starting pay: $18.81/hour + Tips. Performance review after 90 days and increase to $20/hour + Tips
Kitchen Staff: This position ensures food safety and supports the kitchen team in delivering an exceptional culinary experience that compliments Cirrus's unique atmosphere. Starting pay: $20/hour. Performance review after 90 days with increase to $22/hour
Dishwasher: Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and "seshware" (cannabis consumption tools). Starting pay: $20/hour. Performance review after 90 days with increase to $22/hour
Host: Create a welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations, and ensure compliance with cannabis regulations. Starting pay: $20/hour. Performance review after 90 days with increase to $22/hour
Runner: Deliver food and beverages to guests efficiently and accurately. Starting pay: $20/hour. Performance review after 90 days with increase to $22/hour
Required:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service and hospitality
-Ability to multitask effectively and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
-Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and compliance
-Must be at least 21 years of age
-Must be able to obtain a valid MED Badge
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs
Preferred:
-Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role
-Prior experience in the cannabis, food service, or hospitality industry
-Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods (training will be provided)
