Colorado Plus Brew Pub is currently looking for part time and full time line cooks and dishwashers. We are a craft brew pub with an emphasis on local scratch cooking. We source as much of our food from Colorado as possible using several local farms including our own for produce, beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and cheese. We are a 90% scratch kitchen that cooks with beer as much as possible, and we brew our own beer in house. 56 Taps Colorado Micro Brews only, and Colorado spirits. http://www.coloradoplus.net/
Ideal Kitchen Candidate:
⢠Minimum 2 years relevant experience
⢠Punctual
⢠Able to work in a team environment
⢠Creative
⢠Good knife skills
⢠Able to work extended periods of time on the line
⢠Great understanding of cooking techniques
⢠Knows meat temperatures and can cook them
⢠Sanitation all-star
⢠Ability to follow recipes
