We are looking for a special person who has skills in the kitchen and wants to support our no-cost food program for our seniors site in Denver. The job would be 3x monthly for 4 hours, working with a menu that can include vegetarian options. Excellent full industrial kitchen available, we would request a meet and greet onsite if you are interested.
We work with residents who live in affordable supportive housing and this is one of their community needs which we want to reimagine with you! Must have reliable transportation, personal knife set, food safety training certificate and either a certificate in culinary arts, etc or be enrolled in that program/looking for internship credit hours. We need a chef onsite three weeks monthly contract as a vendor. This and the hourly rate may increase with good resident reviews and possible upcoming openings at other properties.
We may expand your role if your interest and talent are there as well, our organization builds and manages many affordable housing properties across Colorado.
