Spinelli's Market is a small Italian Specialty store, with a full size deli. We make the most delicious sandwiches (many would say) in all of Denver, and we need help!
We are looking for an outgoing deli clerk with AT LEAST 1 year of food prep experience, preferably in a deli setting. This person must be ready to greet customers first, and not be afraid to hop into the action head first (with some guidance of course).
You would be part of a small team responsible for not simply making sandwiches upon request, but also: prepping deli salads/soups/sauces, slicing meats and cheeses, baking off cookies and constructing simple Italian desserts, maintaining premises, stocking, following recipes, catering trays, washing dishes, covering as cashier when/if necessary, and more; never a dull moment at Spinelli's!
You will be expected to work somewhere within the hours of operation, possibly spending up to 8 hours a day on your feet. Our hours of operation are 9:00-7:00, so no late nights. We are looking to hire and train ASAP, so don't waste another second; we're waiting for you!
