As the leader of the Duffey's Café Team, the Manager is responsible for the sales generation and execution, operational and human resources functions within the Cafe to ensure customer satisfaction, maximum productivity and profitability, and compliance with company procedures. The Manager leads the training and development as well as the management of the Customer Service Associates, Bakers and Supervisors to achieve maximum sales results and financial performance. The Manager owns the Cafe experience for their team and the customer.

Job Requirements:
-At least two years of prior restaurant manager experience
-Open availability, including weekends & holidays. Ability to work a flexible schedule and 35-40 hour work week.
-High School diploma or equivalent.
-Clean and current driver’s license.
Our hours are Mon-Sat 6 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. and Sun 7 a.m.-2:00 p.m. No late nights!
