No sales experience? Doesn’t matter. If you’ve been crushing it in hospitality, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What You Get:
$500/week Training Pay (for up to 4 months) – Yes, we PAY you to learn.
Uncapped Commissions – Earn up to 8% AND get a $540/month car allowance.

Use your charm and skills to connect with high-end homeowners.
Recommend tailored solutions for home makeovers—just like upselling, but bigger checks.
Build relationships, grow your territory, and turn one sale into three referrals.

Compensation That Actually Pays You What You Deserve:
Training Wage: $500/week (for up to 4 months)
Car/Phone Allowance: $540/month
Commissions:
Up to $500,000 in sales: 5% = $25,000
$500,000–$750,000: 6% = $15,000
$750,000–$1,000,000: 7% = $17,500
Over $1,000,000: 8% = $80,000
Example: Sell $1.5M in your first year, and you’ll earn $97,500+ in commissions alone. Add your training pay and car allowance, and you’re well into six figures.
